ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private house or Deluxe hotel suite experience, Butler or Hospitality Diploma, or equivalent in Food and Beverage Service

An enthusiastic and experienced Butler is required to provide full service for a private residence in Riyadh.

Applicants must demonstrate the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion while delivering exceptional, personalised service to the VVIP principal. The ideal candidate will set a positive example for other Butlers, ensuring the principal’s special requests are met consistently across all settings. A professional, mature yet approachable demeanour is essential—calm and composed while maintaining clear boundaries and authority, ensuring the household runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include welcoming and greeting the principal and guests, escorting them to accommodations, and handling packing and unpacking. A strong sense of urgency, priority, and dedication is required to provide a truly personalised service. Candidates must be proactive, able to anticipate the principal’s needs, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure swift and efficient service delivery.

Additional duties include maintaining inventory and stocks and record-keeping plus excellent food and beverage service skills.   The butler must work collaboratively with all departments, external service providers and employees, to guarantee seamless service. Tasks assigned by the Senior Head Butler should be managed with efficiency, ensuring all activities align with individual and household expectations. The ability to interact with the principal using appropriate discretion and correct forms of address is essential. Additionally, you will be required to manage supplies and equipment responsibly as directed by the Head Butler.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Food and Beverage Service.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

  • Service-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude, trustworthy, dynamic, and able to fit seamlessly into the environment.
